Makers Lab Specialist - V&A Waterfront Join to apply for the Makers Lab Specialist role at adidas The role is at V&A Waterfront flagship store. Purpose & Overall Relevance Support and maintain a highly impactful, brand‑orientated consumer experience. Serve as the expert for end‑to‑end service at the MakersLab activation zone. Lead brand engagement and drive KPI for MakerLab. Establish a consumer centric culture within the touchpoint. Key Responsibilities Role model consumer service behaviours. Track, supervise and optimise all consumer interactions. Foster loyalty through high‑quality interactions at each step. Improve consumer experiences to increase satisfaction, engagement, and conversion. Execute the MakersLab touchpoint and activate events. Support activation team and provide coaching for engaging shopping experience. Analyze consumer patterns and consult peers to exceed expectations. Provide feedback on service model execution. Drive a service culture centred on the consumer. Communicate adidas Brand Values and influence stakeholders. Seize development opportunities to increase performance. Segment audience to deliver personalised service. Own KPI for consumer engagement and performance. Key Relationships Consumers, peers, and retail support functions such as Omni Channel Marketing, VM, Operations, and Vendors. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong networking and customer relationship management skills. Experience driving financial results through consumer experience services. Proficiency with digital tools to best serve consumers. Background in arts and product knowledge. Experience in retail sales or customer–facing role. Leadership ability to achieve commercial and service goals. Ability to work well under high‑stress situations. Sound product knowledge of Adidas and third‑party products. Understanding of retail challenges and leverage previous learnings. Qualifications 2‑year college or university degree in business, retail management, or related field. Minimum 4 years’ experience in a sports/fashion consumer and commercial focused retail environment. Experience managing high‑level retail image and delivering in‑store consumer experience.
