- At our company, we provide a comprehensive 4-week promotional industry product training program. During your tenure with us, you will assume various roles for our clients, including Order Management Assistant and Customer Support Representative. Please take note of our working hours, which are from 3 pm to 12 am SAST or 6 pm to 3 am SAST, depending on the client's location._

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales**:

- Efficiently manage multiple quote requests within tight deadlines.
- Continuously follow up on quotes to secure purchase orders.
- Acquire in-depth product knowledge.
- Administer post-sales follow-ups to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Regularly engage with current and potential customers to remain their top choice for new projects.
- Meet quarterly sales quotas.

**Project Management**:

- Successfully oversee projects through various development stages.
- Define and assess project scope, objectives, and customer requirements.
- Exceptional organizational skills are indispensable in this role.

**Customer Service**:

- Ensure that the products being produced meet or exceed customer expectations and are delivered on or before the agreed-upon timeline.
- Proactively anticipate and address the needs and desires of our clients.
- Adopt a philosophy of under-promising and over-delivering, which is pivotal in this position.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in an Inside Sales role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a prerequisite.
- Strong work ethic and exceptional follow-up skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Prior CRM experience is advantageous.
- Access to a working laptop and stable internet during the training is non-negotiable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R7,200.00 per month
