You should be highly organised, adapt well to change and fast paced environments and most importantly, understand and put to use your excellent communication skills, hearing what is often not said to be able to fill in the gaps of knowledge.

Being a Sales Coach doesn’t just mean you’re good at talking. Unfortunately having a knack for conversing won’t make the cut. Acting as Voice Coach, you’ll need charisma and the ability to teach it to your team as you train them to communicate persuasively, clearly, politely and in an empathetic manner.

We want someone who works efficiently to get the job done timeously and effectively. If you’re able to effectively share your knowledge and experiences so that others can gain a better understanding then this could be your calling.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Understanding key business targets and requirements to achieve them
- Driving improvements in key areas to improve performance
- Acting as a consultant and providing helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges
- Understanding performance information to identify focus areas
- Providing positive praise and recognition for individual and team success to create a positive environment
- Supporting the welfare of colleagues by taking note of challenges and concerns as well as escalating when necessary
- Ensuring that product and service knowledge is timeously and efficiently transferred
- Defining and realising monthly coaching plan
- Performing individual coaching actions (side-by-side coaching, debriefing of targeted contacts, role plays, simulations, etc.)
- Using advisor feedback to assess efficiency of each coaching action and impact on KPIs
- Supporting escalations during periods of offline time
- Completing all coaching documentation
- Ensuring that contact handling complies with legal and business requirements
- Identifying individual and team training needs
- Maintaining updated records of educational curriculum and material
- Evaluate employees’ performance after each training
- Ability to multi-task, manage and prioritise workload
- Proven track record of achieving results

**What you’ll need**
- Matric
- Excellent command of English spoken language
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing or sales
- Minimum 2 years’ experience coaching, mentoring in similar role
- Experience training English communication delivery with American audience (advantageous)
- Attention to detail with high quality standards
- Demonstrable leadership and management skills
- Familiarity with role-playing activities and e-learning platforms
- Hands-on experience creating digital presentations
- Sales or marketing related qualification (Advantageous)
