We are looking for a Sales Coach to coordinate training activities that will help maximize our sales team's performance. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of sales techniques and the ability to motivate employees of varying seniority. Ultimately, you will help our salespeople develop their skills and achieve their targets.
Reporting to the **Sales Lead (Marketplace)**
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Develop and standardize critical processes for the sales teams.
- Provide coaching services for key proposals and projects for the team.
- Advise and provide feedback on training content development and end-to-end execution of training related to methods and tools / agile.
- Actively share best practices among teams through benchmarking, time in motion studies, observation, and research.
- Support to establish/refine Processes, strategy, and priorities; work with firm member leadership to execute strategy.
- Act as a consultant to salespeople and provide helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges.
- Onboard and train new salespeople
- Identify individual and team training needs to be based on the skills matrix.
- Develop educational material, including presentations, sales scripts, profit stories, and case studies.
- Design training courses using gamification, role-playing activities, and job simulation.
- Gather feedback on all training programs from trainees, managers, and instructors.
- Set annual learning and development objectives for the sales team.
- Maintain updated records of educational curriculum and material.
- Evaluate employees' performance after each training.
- Prepare and conduct formal testing on market fundamentals (written) and sales pitching (simulation).
- Understand goals and identify/bridge performance, productivity, and quality gaps at individual and team levels.
- Coach sales to expand customer value propositions by utilizing self-service options, improved technical knowledge/support, and resolution of customer issues/requests.
- Maintained a scores database and conducted one-on-one performance reviews with the Sales Associate.
- Provides superior guidance, mentoring, coaching, and feedback for the Sales teams to strengthen their overall sales performance.
- Must continue to be well-versed in and knowledgeable of all products and services, procedures, and policies.
- Updates own role and leadership knowledge and skills by participating in educational opportunities.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Minimum 5 years work experience as a Sales Coach, Training specialist, or Account Management
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or similar
- Experience with building and developing teams.
- Experience in a sales or customer service position is a plus
- Hands-on experience creating presentations (e.g., videos or slides)
