We are seeking a dynamic and capable Operations Team Lead to join our team in Franschhoek, South Africa.

**Role Overview**:
As the Operations Team Lead at the Franschhoek Wine Tram, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless transportation of people, and services in the the Western Cape's Franschhoek Valley. Your primary responsibilities will include working within the operations team in various capacities. Including but not limited to overseeing various operations teams work, conductings inspections, improvement and maintenance/upkeep of road and rail transport assets and facilities.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- A diploma or certificate in Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management within a tourism or logistics business.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of successfully leading teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to optimize logistics operations.
- Knowledge of safety, compliance, and industry regulations.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- A commitment to exceptional customer service and a passion for the tourism industry.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.
