Our client is a growing national elite property company looking for a young dynamic Personal Assistant and Office Administrator. This is for a polished professional who can deal with high-end clients and can multitask. English first language skills and residing in the De Waterkant area and own transport is required.

This role involves
- Personal Assistant to the CEO and diary and appointment management. Taking minutes at meetings, setting up and booking of meetings. Answering calls on the Executives behalf. Setting up and making travel arrangements such as flights and car hire. There are also ad hoc tasks required to assist the Executive from time to time.
- Client management and professionalism is essential in this industry. Strong admin skills and office administration are required to create and maintain the client records. The need to be discreet and obtain consent of the Executive on behalf to contact their clients (POPI Act requirement) Good time management and organized management of the property listings.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification a necessity
- Computer literacy a necessity: including MS Excel (advanced)
- English first language essential
- Multi-task
- Willing to learn and is adaptable.
- Marketing and social media experience
