We have an exciting career opportunity for a **Head of Implementations** to join an international super-fast growing tech company at their offices in **Cape Town**. You will be developing & growing a team of Implementation Managers and be responsible for the daily management & assuring of IM KPIs. Does this **job** sound like the perfect challenge for you? Your key **job** responsibilities as the **Head of Implementations** in **Cape Town**:

- Developing & growing team of currently 3 Implementation Managers
- Daily management & assuring of IM KPIs
- Identifying & capturing opportunities to improve IM processes
- Implementing & maintaining DAP
- Assuring best collaboration with Sales, CS & Product teams
- Providing operational support & backup for IMs
- Evaluations with newly onboarded clients
- All implementation phases completed within set timeframes
- Minimum average Adoption Score met
- Implementations per month per IM optimal & aligned with sales
- Upsell targets met
