National Key Accounts Manager Chem/Petro/Oil & Gas ~ Manufacturing
Johannesburg - Gauteng - South Africa
This is a senior-level position whereby you will be managing all Key Accounts on a national level. The company is looking at growing the business of its non-metallic substance product range into the retail sector, with a specific focus on the growth and development of products into major retail outlets.
You will be required to define and executes global/regional/local account strategy, including annual revenue plan and target plan, this includes the identifying of business opportunities. Steer the business development budgets for agreed accounts and defined objectives. Translate the customer's strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap. Drive and roll out customer approvals and pushes upstream solution selling. Optimize sales processes in the country and leads junior KAMs. Ultimately develop and maintain sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors.
Essential Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of Sales, Marketing and General Business experience
- 5 years of Selling experience at a key account or higher levels in a similar industry
- Strong negotiation and selling skills at a national level.
- Project management skills
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills
- Strong people management skills
- Above-average literacy, numeracy and computer literacy
