Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a National Key Account Manager located in the City of Johannesburg. In this role, you will oversee strategic relationships with key accounts, manage sales performance, and develop account plans to achieve business objectives. You will also analyze market trends to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies. Regular reporting and monitoring of account performance will be an integral part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in Account Management, Sales Strategy, and Key Account Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Business Planning, and Negotiation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with the consumer goods industry is a strong advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in Johannesburg and travel as required
