As a Digital Marketer, you’ll manage social media platforms and other online tools with precision. More than a passion for social media, we need someone who understands the ins and outs of digital communities and stays on point with the latest digital trends. **Responsibilities**:
**Proposal development**: Collaborate with the Account Manager and Account Executive to develop proposals.
**Project management**: Oversee design, development, and content for all digital requirements.
**Website coordination**: Manage website updates, development, SEO, maintenance, and reporting.
**Social media management**: Update social platforms, develop strategies, and manage post plans.
**Engagement**: Respond to social media posts and messages, update information, and monitor page growth.
**Campaign implementation**: Implement content plans across digital and physical spaces to achieve objectives.
**Database management**: Maintain client databases.
**Ad management**: Oversee digital advertising budgets.
**Continuous learning**: Stay updated on digital changes to guide clients effectively.
**Client briefs**: Ensure timely development and processing of client briefs and artwork.
**Documentation**: Submit cost estimates, order forms, and invoices within the required timelines.
**Requirements**:
Minimum one year of experience in social media marketing, online community management, or a similar role
Strong professional conduct, analytical and results-driven
Ability to think creatively and quickly
Effective time management skills
Excellent English skills, including writing
Proactive decision-making skills
Strong relationship-building skills and customer-oriented approach
Strong administrative and organisational abilities
Team player with strong motivation skills
Well-presented and comfortable in the digital marketing environment
Ability to perform well under pressure
Please note that this is a hybrid position and so you will need to physically come into the office every now and again. So, if you do not live close enough to our offices in Westmead, Pinetown to achieve this, please do not apply.
