Full-time | Technical Support & Development

We’re looking for a hands-on AI & Knowledge Systems Specialist to lead the implementation and optimisation of AI tools and automation across our business.

You’ll work closely with team leads to identify inefficiencies, deploy AI-driven workflows using tools like OpenAI, Whisper, Pipedream, and Notion AI, and help integrate these systems with platforms like SharePoint and Notion. You’ll also support internal training, AI adoption, and knowledge-sharing across teams.

**Key Focus Areas**:

- Deploy and manage AI agents, prompt libraries, and function-calling automations.
- Build and maintain automated workflows (e.g. Pipedream, n8n).
- Train teams and support adoption of AI and digital tools.
- Maintain internal SOP libraries and dashboards.
- Act as the go-to AI systems specialist across the business.

**What You Bring**:

- Strong technical fluency with AI tools, APIs, and automation platforms.
- Experience with prompt engineering, workflow tools, and integration logic.
- JavaScript (Node.js), HTML/CSS, Git/GitHub skills a bonus.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A proactive, self-directed mindset and passion for building practical solutions.

**This is a strategic and highly autonomous role** with scope to shape how AI is used across a multi-country group.
