**What will you do as a Workflow Specialist?**

As a Workflow Specialist within our Legal Managed Services team, you'll be responsible for orchestrating and optimising our contract review operations. You'll ensure smooth workflow distribution, maintain quality standards, and drive operational excellence while supporting a growing team of legal professionals in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities**:

- Monitor, triage and assign incoming tasks across the team using internal platforms and tools
- Manage resources and distribute workloads fairly to maintain operational efficiency
- Optimise legal contract workflows to ensure efficient processing and SLA delivery
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline contract processing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow integration
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data by regularly entering and verifying billing and operational information in internal systems
- Track recurring patterns in tickets to suggest automation opportunities or product improvements

**Ideally, you should have the following qualifications**:

- Previous experience managing workflow distribution and ticketing systems in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of legal contracts
- Front and or Airtable experience is a huge plus
- Experience in project or team coordination, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven track record of implementing and optimising operational processes
- Experience with productivity and workflow management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination
- Enthusiasm for working with new technologies, particularly artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a focus on operational efficiency and automation
