**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**

DSV MHE is directly involved in development and implementation diverse MHE fleet projects in the world.

Individual will play a key role in the MHE department's continuous work to provide best-in-class services for the internal organization at the lowest possible cost. The objective of MHE Forklift department is to innovate, develop and implement solutions to support the business, drive results and exceed our customers’ expectations. To create and to implement successful MHE concepts. To challenge our business practice and process to bring new opportunities for further efficiency and increased productivity performance levels

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Developing, planning, monitoring, and executing different MHE projects, in each project you are making sure the process-landscape is correctly set up.
- Providing technical and administrative support of FFZ fleet
- Reviewing rental and service invoices correct prices, equipment and maintenance to prevent mistakes and to control costs
- Advising DSV FFZ branches on site
- Accompanying the implementation of new fleets and concepts
- Improving organizational performance based on efficiency optimization in operational business processes
- Keeping abreast of processes and methodologies within the DSV organization, both centrally and de-centrally.

Job-related Requirements
- Atleast 4 years relevant industry experience & project orientated workstyle
- High grade of self-organization
- Good knowledge of the English language spoken and written
- Structured and solution-oriented working method
- Have convincing appearance and having poise
- High willingness to travel
- Strong safety and quality awareness
- Comfortable in a busy environment and can work independent and self-supporting
- Manage your time to handle and deliver both urgent assignments as well as long-term projects to the agreed deadline.
- You must possess good communication skills and the drive to optimize and ask questions to Constructively challenge the processes within DSV.
- Important to understand different cultures.

Intermediate - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

**Tertiary Qualification(s)**
- B. Com Logistics and Transport
- Diploma or degree in engineering or logistics
