Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Support Specialist based in Kempton Park. The IT Support Specialist will handle technical support and troubleshooting for various IT systems, manage and maintain desktop computers, and provide help desk support to clients. Responsibilities include resolving technical issues, ensuring a seamless technology experience for users, and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in maintaining and managing desktop computers
  • Experience in providing help desk support and information technology services
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and deliver timely solutions
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
  • Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco) are highly desirable
  • Previous experience in a similar IT support or help desk role is an advantage
