Paid Media Specialist
Main Purpose of the Role:

- The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day management of
multiple digital marketing campaigns.
- This position will work with the marketing division and commercial divisions to
execute paid search, display, and social advertising strategies across multiple
brands.
- This includes keyword research and management, analytics and tracking,
campaign implementation, bid and budget management, web page
performance analysis and campaign reporting.

REQUIREMENT
1. Digital
Marketing
- Developing, executing, and optimizing
cutting-edge digital campaigns from
Conception to launch and implementation.
- Working cross-departmentally to align
campaign strategies and goals across
The organization, in conjunction with Key
Accounts.
- Providing ongoing actionable insights into
campaign performance to relevant
Stakeholders.
- Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant
paid media KPIs.
- Building out media buys for various ad
platforms and overseeing the day-to day
execution of paid media.
- Overseeing and managing the overall
budget for paid media.
- Conducting in-depth keyword and website
research, ad grouping and audience
targeting
- Maintaining knowledge of industry best
practices and new technologies.
- Design, Execute, and Maintain ROI-Focused
Pay per Click & Paid Social campaigns in
conjunction with the Social Media
Coordinator.
- Conduct Thorough Keyword Analysis for
various brands and products.
- Continually optimize and adapt where
required, PPC & Paid Digital Campaign
And Social campaign components including
keyword strategy, ad copy, bid prices, cost
per conversion, cost per click, audience
optimization, etc.
- Write compelling Ad copy with a focus on
driving conversions.
- Actively measure and execute A/B split
testing for ad copy, web pages, etc, to
Ensure optimal campaign performance.
- Compile monthly Paid Media reports for the
business and each commercial
division/company owned dealership with
personal comments and analysis of
Campaign performance.
- Recommend and consult the marketing
division regarding any new content or
landing pages that should be created in
order to promote higher campaign
Performance.

- Conduct in-depth competitive analysis within
our business’s locations and industries.
- Research to stay on top of the latest trends in
Paid Media advertising.
- A proven track record in delivering lucrative
ROI results.
- You will have a solid background in achieving
results in Google analytics,
- GTM, Google Merchant Centre Remarketing,
Mobile Optimization, Dynamic
- Remarketing and social media advertising, as
well as being able to interpret
- and constructively utilize data to achieve
results.
- A good knowledge of SEO and UX is highly
advantageous
