**Responsibilities**:

- Responsibilities:

- Training (new joiners) and ongoing coaching of existing staff
- Authorized signatory (signing of legal documents i.e. Incoming and Outgoing Annexure)
- Responsible for the administration requirements for PSG Wealth
- Resolve Client queries from client services
- Sustainable operation environment
- Technical/business knowledge of implications and requirements within the LIFE & LISP environment
- Detailed system observation, attention to detail and solving arising problems
- Understanding of the administration process within the context of different Life & LISP products, this includes the capturing and authorisation of all new business.
- Performing due diligence functions and following up of outstanding documentation with appropriate parties
- Section 14 and 50 transfers, Tax Free and Voluntary Investment transfers, drawing up the necessary documentation and submitting to requested parties, dealing with external parties, ie FSCA and directly with other administration companies.
- Deal with queries received from client services via the admin enquiry inbox

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Financial degree/Diploma (NQF Level 6)
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a Life/LISP Call Centre/Client Services environment
