The Fashion Fusion Group, a dynamic and rapidly expanding fashion retail company is looking for an ambitious Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct routine inspections of products, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Maintain accurate records of inspection results, including any deviations or non-conformities, and report findings to the Quality Assurance Manager.

Perform various tests and measurements on samples to assess product quality, including physical, chemical, and functional tests.

Ensure that testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained according to established procedures.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Assist in training production staff on quality control procedures and standards to ensure consistency and adherence to quality requirements.

Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and ensure that incoming materials meet quality specifications.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to product quality and safety.

**Qualifications**:
A degree or diploma in a relevant field such as quality management is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing inspections and tests.

Ability to analyze data and interpret test results to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and suppliers.

Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes of quality issues and develop effective solutions.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives.

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

Familiarity with quality assurance tools and techniques, including statistical process control and quality management systems.

**Salary**: R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
