**About Us**:
We are a large and vibrant restaurant located in the South of Johannesburg. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining high service standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring the dining experience is seamless.
- Manage bar stock levels, perform regular inventory checks, and ensure proper ordering of supplies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and quality products.
- Train and mentor staff on customer service, restaurant policies, and health & safety standards.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the bar, kitchen and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and large group bookings.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a front-of-house management role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven experience in managing bar stock and liaising with suppliers.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve problems on the go.
- Proficiency in using POS systems is an advantage.
