Role Purpose

Provide system and product support with a focus on investigating and fixing Historical errors.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Relevant IT Degree / Diploma (Advantageous)
- 3-5 years’ experience as an Operations Support Analyst
- In depth knowledge of PDS products
- In depth business knowledge - a solid understanding of business processes and experience of working on PDS systems
Duties & Responsibilities
- Take ownership and resolve reported problems by actioning it accordingly and
- Provide feedback on progress of all tasks to applicable
- Filter issues to identify system failures and report to Applications support analysts.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal
- Deliver on service level agreements in order to ensure that client expectations are
- Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client
- Develop and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with peers and stakeholders.
