Role Purpose
Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in Information Systems or related qualification
- 3 -4 years working experience in technical support (Dynamics 365 support experience will be beneficial)
- Experience in basic MS SQL Server
- Experience in process analysis and documentation (Visio / business process management solutions)
- Advanced analysis skills and problem solving ability
- Full SDLC exposure would be beneficial
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provision of on-going support on applicable systems and processes.
- Manage associated errors and exceptions, new requirements.
- Coordinate help desk activities and escalation, ensuring effective resolution and escalation of support issues, as needed.
- Log system errors and problems with vendors and manage the resolution thereof.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance.
- Daily business support.
- Identify potential system and data risk.
- Regular system integrity checks.
