Join to apply for the IT Support/ System Analyst role at Optimum HR Services Position Overview We are seeking an experienced IT Support/ System Analyst to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and system analysis, with a passion for problem‑solving and customer service. This role will involve providing technical support to our clients, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and functionality. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new systems, and resolving network connectivity problems. Conduct system analysis to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements or upgrades. Install and configure software and hardware, including servers, routers, and other network devices. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement system changes and upgrades. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and procedures. Train end‑users on new systems and software as needed. Stay up‑to‑date on the latest technologies and industry trends to make informed recommendations for system improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support and system analysis. Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls. Experience with system analysis tools and techniques. Proficient in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) are a plus.
