Hotel Operations Assistant Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist the Regional Operations Manager in managing hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B services.
Lead the F&B team to deliver exceptional dining experiences by overseeing menu development, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Train, mentor, and supervise staff to create a positive and efficient workplace.
Monitor guest feedback and reviews, resolving issues promptly to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth operations and effective inter-departmental communication.
Implement and maintain operational standards and procedures to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Assist in budget management, cost control, and financial reporting.
Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives for hotel services.
Participate in special projects as required by the role.
Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
Valid driver’s license.
Proven experience in hotel management, with a strong background in F&B operations.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
