As Operations Manager - Hotels & Resorts, you will oversee the performance and profitability of multiple properties, ensuring consistent brand standards and service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
**Strategic Direction**: Developing and implementing strategic business plans, budgets, marketing strategies, and operational goals aligned with group objectives.
**Financial Management**: Partnering with finance teams to optimise revenue, control costs, and maximise EBITDA performance across units.
**Guest Experience**: Championing a guest-first culture, analysing satisfaction scores, and implementing improvement strategies.
**People Leadership**: Leading, coaching, and motivating management teams to achieve operational targets and maintain high employee engagement.
**Client Relations**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners and stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth.
**Operational Excellence**: Enforcing brand standards, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, and achieving audit targets.
This role demands a commercially astute, results-driven leader with the ability to manage multiple operations in a fast-paced, high-performance hospitality environment.
Matric / Grade 12
Tertiary qualification in Hospitality/Tourism (NQF Level 6 or higher)
Minimum 5 years’ operational management experience in hotels and resorts
Proven ability to deliver strategic, financial, and guest service objectives
Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and decision-making ability
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple units and stakeholders effectively
Between 5 - 7 Years
