This is an inspiring and strategic role as a Creative Strategist, within the Creative and Production team at Siemens Communications. Our communications department is the voice of the company. To be considered you must have the ability to create inspired branded content and deliver outstanding creative from ideation to asset creation and ensure insights informed campaigns.

The role reports to the Head of Creative and Production, Siemens Communication, Keshin Govender.

**Roles and responsibilities**
- In this role you will work in the global Creative and Production team at Siemens, to help create campaigns and always on communications assets along an audience experience journey, this includes but is not limited to, producing digital creative, copywriting and campaign management.
- You will be required to define your audience alongside highly engaged teams within Communications, translating their needs along the experience journey into insightful and informative communication assets that will help the brand achieve their key KPIs and ensure continuous improvements.
- You have an understanding of the context of a multinational technology company and their business objectives as well as of conceptual and visual execution of campaigns.
- In your experience, you have been helping clients with targeting the right audiences with the right messaging through the right channels and platforms for the right reasons.
- You are skilled and passionate about translating data and research into valuable insights and creative ideas, coming up with multiple on-brief, creative ideas. At the same time, you are able to identify and express your thought process when an idea is not working and why.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of
- proposals and campaigns are in your nature. End to end ownership of always on campaigns are your bread and butter : strategy to ideation, ideation to creative, creative to publishing and insights based intervention if required.
- You’re able to use your initiative when it comes to the task at hand, are proactive in
- solving problems and have the ability to flag issues to your team / team lead before they become a problem.
- You display an inclusive and natural sense of leadership and know-how to rally small, project-based teams, as well as inspire the wider, diverse community behind your initiatives, align the interests of various stakeholders, and build consensus

**Qualifications and requirements**
- 7+ years of experience with strategy and all stages of the creative process, from conceptualizing ideas to rolling out user journeys across relevant touchpoints.
- Extremely comfortable in the Adobe CC programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, etc), and great at coming up with in-program solutions for the visuals you’ve imagined, but still approaching every program with a ready-to
- learn-more mindset. Also competent in additional programs (i.e. Figma, Sketch, AfterEffects, SPRINKLR).
- Ability to identify strategic needs of a business, provide sound marketing and communications recommendations and generate alignment with key stakeholders and partners in the execution of a plan.
- Digital-first thinking, understanding that a brand is no longer just what it says in its brand book but how it exists, acts and lives throughout an audience experience journey that users experience it on.
- You have strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, as well as first-hand experience working with stakeholders at all levels across a matrix organisation. You thrive working in international teams and across geographical boundaries.
- You think strategically, are solutions-oriented, have a collaborative mindset, and possess exceptional communication skills
- You are fluent in English, additional languages e.g. German, French, Portuguese, Mandarin, Arabic are a plus.
