What You'll Do
- Develop creative strategies that align with brand goals, audience insights, and cultural trends
- Partner with creative teams to craft campaign concepts, messaging, and storytelling frameworks
- Translate data and research into actionable creative direction
- Present ideas with clarity and conviction to both internal teams and clients
- Monitor campaign performance and evolve strategy based on real-world results
- Keep a finger on the pulse of pop culture, emerging platforms, and creative innovation
What We're Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in strategy, creative direction, or brand planning (agency)
- A proven ability to connect creative thinking with commercial objectives
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, you can sell the idea and the vision
- Deep curiosity about culture, consumer behavior, and digital trends
- Comfortable collaborating in fast-paced, multidisciplinary teams
- Bonus: experience in creative tech, branded content, or
experiential marketing
