Youth Stream Manager

**Key Performance Areas**:
- Oversee the quantity and quality of all youth and supervisor inductions and offboarding’s
- Provide support and training to the team members
- Implement, monitor and evaluate processes developed in collaboration with the team lead
- Appropriately escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. business development)
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve engagement, monitoring and evaluation issues
- Weekly reporting on the operational status of the team activities
- Provide reports to clients on youth/supervisors app engagement
- Drive youth app engagement in line with agreed strategic deliverables
- Analyse youth and supervisor engagement data with a business intelligence eye
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree qualification, preferably in a business-related or social science field, or
- 3 - 5 years demonstratable experience in a project management and team management role
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
- A passion for youth development and empowerment
- Strong written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to interact directly and productively with team members and management and to manage and prioritise multiple competing priorities
- Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience
- Critical thinking skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be able to communicate, read and write English and other local languages
- Team management experience
Pay: From R25,000.00 per month
