**Six-Month Contract: Project Manager**

Are you passionate about driving real change for South Africa’s youth? Harambee, together with Yellowwoods and the Centre for Exponential Change (C4EC), is looking for a **Project Manager** for a six-month contract to help scale self-employment success in the informal economy.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead the development of an ecosystem blueprint to boost youth self-employment.
- Convene and coordinate diverse ecosystem players and stakeholders.
- Synthesize group insights, conduct research, and prepare materials for collaborative sprints.
- Capture feedback and drive the blueprinting process forward.
- Leverage your networks in entrepreneurship to connect key players.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and documentation for the project.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- 5+ years’ project management experience, with a strong track record in systems change design in South Africa.
- Deep networks in the South African entrepreneurship and self-employment ecosystem.
- Experience with multi-stakeholder groups and collaborative processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with digital project management and remote collaboration tools.
- A commitment to accountability, results, teamwork, and excellence.

**Location**: Johannesburg
**Reports to**: Chief Opportunity Development Officer
**Contract Duration**: Six months
