As our **Manager: Employer Partner Care**, you’ll lead high-impact campaigns and strategic initiatives that strengthen our employer partnerships and drive operational excellence. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, oversee project execution, and ensure service excellence across multiple channels.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and deliver strategic projects and campaigns with precision and purpose.
- Manage people, processes, and performance across multiple employer engagement channels.
- Drive data-informed decision-making through dashboards, reporting, and quality assurance.
- Foster a high-performance culture and empower your team through coaching and collaboration.
- Ensure seamless partner experiences and timely issue resolution.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- 5-7 years of experience in project management and operational leadership.
- A tertiary qualification (required).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data management, reporting, and CRM tools (preferred).
- A passion for innovation, agility, and making a real impact.
