**Job Objective**
- Creating content for social media and maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels.
- Community management.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all social media channels.
- Website and platform management.
- SEO optimised content for website.

**Task Description**
- Planning and executing SEO content for websites.
- Planning, creating and executing social media content and community management.
- Build and maintain social media presence in conjunction with the relevant marketing teams.
- Measure and report performance of all social media platforms against KPIs.
- Assisting with the management of consumer websites.
- Assisting with the management of marketing and rewards platforms.
- Collaborate with Design, Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to adapt content in order to optimize the consumer experience and to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with agency partners.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Relevant digital or marketing qualification.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing.
- Demonstrable experience creating and managing social media and community management.
- Demonstrate experience working on CMSes (WordPress).
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and Google Search Console).
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
