Scope of work
Deeply understand the market, audiences, and segments that will unlock market growth and opportunities for our portfolios and clients.
Execute and manage paid social campaigns, which include managing Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Ads accounts, etc.
Optimise digital campaigns (and advise on content types) and provide tactical solutions to the account management team.
Perform research on current benchmark trends, competitors, new technologies in social media, and audience preferences.
Assist with developing and implementing social media strategies to align with our clients’ goals.
Flair for language and writing.
Generate, publish, and share engaging content daily (or as per the clients’ scopes).
Formulate high-quality written content for each social media campaign.
Collaborate with other teams, like customer service/accounts and design to ensure brand consistency.
Build social media presence for our client brands by maintaining a solid online presence.
Manage online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
Communicate with followers (respond to comments, inboxes, queries, etc) in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
Build brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.

Analyse data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives and report on these monthly.
Live event coverage as necessary.
Train team members as necessary.

**Minimum requirements**:
Matric
Relevant diploma/degree.
Agency experience will be an added advantage.

**Experience required**: 3 - 5 years
