**Job Title: Mid-weight Social Media Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Social Media Management:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage day-to-day activities on all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create and curate high-quality content tailored to each platform and target audience.

2. Platform Familiarity:

- Proficient in using social media management platforms such as Brandwatch and Sprinklr to monitor social media conversations, track brand mentions, and analyse campaign performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management and platform functionality.

3. Research and Strategy Development:

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform social media strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize content and campaign performance.

4. Community Management:

- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster positive relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and followers to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Minimum of three years of professional experience developing social media strategies and community management.
- 3 to 5 year's experience in a creative agency with extensive experience in Automotive Brands.
