**Job Summary**:
The Administrative Clerk - Property Department provides vital administrative and clerical support to the Property Department Manager and team. This role is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of property-related tasks including documentation, tenant communication, lease administration, and general office duties to ensure smooth functioning of the property department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Property Manager with daily administrative tasks and documentation.
- Maintain and update property files, lease agreements, and tenant records.
- Handle correspondence with tenants, vendors, and service providers.
- Schedule inspections, maintenance, and meetings as required.
- Track and manage lease renewals, expirations, and rent collection schedules.
- Process work orders and follow up on maintenance requests.
- Coordinate with accounting or finance departments regarding rent payments, invoices, and utility bills.
- Maintain inventory of property supplies and manage procurement as needed.
- Prepare reports, letters, and spreadsheets related to property management.
- Provide administrative support during audits or property inspections.

Pay: R6 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
