Administrator Officer

**Job Purpose**:
To capture data, update technical documentation, perform general office administration and provide administration and an overall admin support function to the Line Manager as well as all the other employees in the Department.
**Principal Accountabilities**:
**Perform general office administration functions to support Manager in daily running of the office**:
Vehicle coordination and scheduling
Fleet documentation and compliance with country laws, and SAAT laws
Maintenance and repairs
Fuel Management
Record-keeping and reporting
Procurement and inventory control
Safety and Risk management
Communication and coordination
**Prepare expense authorisation or purchase orders for payments**
**Provide administrative support to manager during audit, budgeting period and other projects**
**Order, control and collect stationary**
**Administrative functions for all staff permit, time sheets, leave forms and sick notes**
**Qualifications & Experience**:
Grade 12 or equivalent - essential
PC Literate (MS Word and Excel) - essential
**Knowledge and Skills**:
Multiple use of job account numbers - ensure the correct allocation - basic
Budget anomalies - identify and arrange for rectification - basic
Labour reporting - arrange for rectification of incorrect or incomplete date - investigate - basic
MS Word and MS Excel
- computer literacy - Intermediate
Administration Skills - Intermediate
Communication skills both verbal and written - Intermediate
Have interpersonal skills - Intermediate
