**What we are looking for**:We are on the hunt for an agency Operations Manager that understands all the divisions within advertising and marketing. Someone who is excellent at the numbers game.

**What you will do**:You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company. Developing and implementing policies and procedures that ensure the efficient and effective functioning of all company operations across multiple departments. You will be expected to manage and oversee all aspects of the organisation, including, but not limited to customer service, client satisfaction, employee relations, budgeting, profit and loss, processes and systems and robust project management. Ensure that all operations are completed in an efficient, timely and cost-effective manner.

**What you must have**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as problem-solving and organisational skills
- An understanding of relevant laws and regulations, financial acumen, excellent data analysis and reporting skills and the ability to proactively problem solve and manage and lead from the top down
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field
- Operational management experience in a digital marketing agency
- Experience working with a development department and team
- Experience in management, operations and leadership
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners and employees
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid understanding of financial management
- Strong decision-making capabilities
- Proactive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
