**1. Business Development & Client Acquisition**:

- Identify, approach, and acquire key B2B clients, including Banks, NBFCs, and FinTech’s, across South Africa and Southern Africa.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-value prospects through proactive outreach, networking, and industry events.

**2. Sales Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to achieve revenue and market penetration goals.
- Understand client needs and pain points, positioning our complex fintech products as tailored solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.

**3. Account Management & Client Relationships**:

- Build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client interactions, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.

**4. Market Analysis & Reporting**:

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates to the leadership team.

**5. Collaboration with Internal Teams**:

- Work closely with the Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment in delivering value to clients.
- Relay client feedback to relevant teams to enhance product development and customer experience.

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise software sales with an emphasis on Enterprise deals (large ticket size) in Fintech, Banking, or related industries.
- Experience with both inside & outside sales, including lead generation and outbound prospecting is must.
- Strong understanding of the financial services ecosystem in South Africa, including regulations, trends, and key players.
- Exceptional in-person, verbal, and written communication skills a must (comfortable presenting in front of large groups)
- Exceptional negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers (CXOs, Product Heads, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and articulate technical product features in a business-friendly manner.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Africa as required.

Pay: R400 000,00 - R650 000,00 per year
