A dynamic company in the fibre industry is seeking a strategic and results-driven Procurement Manager to join our team in Port Elizabeth. This is your opportunity to play a key role in a leading company within the fibre industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and execution of procurement strategies that align with the company’s operational objectives and growth plans
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, purchase order management, and supplier performance monitoring
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality, reliability, and competitive pricing
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, pricing fluctuations, and opportunities for cost savings
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to accurately forecast procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Provide regular reporting on procurement performance, cost analysis, supplier evaluations, and risk assessments to senior leadership
- Champion continuous improvement in procurement processes, systems, and controls to drive operational efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (5+ years) in procurement management, preferably in the fibre or telecoms sector
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
