We’re looking for a Procurement & Logistics Manager to lead our sourcing, materials planning, supplier management, and logistics operations to support our rapid growth.

**About the Role**

You’ll take full ownership of end-to-end procurement and logistics for civil and fibre network builds. From securing the best prices and ensuring timely material delivery, to managing warehousing and transport—this role is central to keeping Velocity’s national projects moving on time and on budget.

**Key Responsibilities**

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budget

Source, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts for materials, equipment, and services

Manage stock levels, warehousing, and inventory controls across all regions

Coordinate all inbound and outbound logistics, including delivery tracking and fleet coordination

**What We’re Looking For**

5+ years in procurement, supply chain, or logistics (infrastructure/telecoms experience preferred)

Strong supplier negotiation and contract management skills

Excellent organisational and forecasting abilities

Familiar with procurement software and inventory systems

Ability to manage pressure, deadlines, and multiple fast-moving projects

Qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement or related field preferred

Experience working with civil engineering or fibre network suppliers is a strong advantage

Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics providers

Ensure compliance with FNO partner requirements, safety standards, and procurement policies

Support tender submissions with accurate costings and supply chain input

Continuously improve cost-efficiency, delivery lead times, and procurement processes
