**Job Overview**:
Supervising the processing team by ensuring the timeous and accurate processing of all Supplier Invoices received Training support to all processors

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
(An overview, but is not limited to the full function of the role)
- Overseeing and ensuring the processing department runs smoothly
- Delivering excellent customer/supplier service by resolving all queries within turnaround time
- Ensure clients are charged applicable fees as per SLA
- Ensure the processing team meets daily targets to ensure clients are billed timeously
- Liaising with various departments within Club Travel to resolve or clarify any issues that may arise
- Manage the daily pre-payment processing/invoicing
- Performance management of team
- General Administration and assisting with assigned ad-hoc duties within the accounts department

**Skills, Experience, Education**:

- Minimum 3-5 Processing experience
- Accounting/financial qualification advantageous
- Supervisory experience advantageous
- Procon knowledge advantageous
- Papertrail experience advantageous
- Good with navigating various systems
- Fast learner & witty
- Leadership qualities
- Possess competent written and verbal communications skills
- Possess effective organizational skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks and a high volume of work on deadline
- Excel Skills -should be able to draw and analyze reports
- Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-through skills
- An ability to respond quickly and accurately to requests for information
- An ability to provide excellent customer / supplier service
- Advantageous - analytical skills and the ability to create useful and actionable reports from data

**Package & Renumeration**:
Attractive package market related, based on experience.
