**Supervisor: Data Processing Unit (Grade 10)**

**Registrar Division**

**Main Objectives**

To ensure the provision of an effective and efficient management and administrative support in the Data Processing Unit.

**The Requirements**

Grade 12 plus approximately 4 years’ relevant experience where such experience includes:
- Previous experience in a computerised administrative environment where it was a key job requirement to pay attention to detail and check his/her own work
- At least one years’ supervision experience and/or be in possession of an RU Supervision Certificate
- Previous experience in a service type environment where client service is key

**Remuneration per annum (Grade 10)**:
Basic Pensionable Salary per annum: R330 178

Cost to Company per annum (Approximately): R448 473

Rhodes University has a vaccination mandate as part of its Conditions of Service. The implementation of the vaccine mandate has been held in abeyance from 01 January 2023. Should the COVID-19 situation change in a way that the number of cases of COVID-19 pose a threat to the University, the implementation of the Vaccine Mandate will be re-activated and all staff would be required to be fully vaccinated.
