**SORBET SEA POINT (ARTEM CENTRE)** seeks part-time FDC (Front Desk CO-Ordinator)

This job will require, but is not limited to 2-3 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays.

The job description includes:

- Welcome all guests to the store by displaying a friendly, warm and professional attitude.
- Accurately book and handle appointments, changes to appointments, calls, guest questions and concerns in a professional manner.
- Manage staff work schedule /rosters and coordinate training schedules and bookings.
- Manage and be responsible for Stock counts, inventory and receiving stock, capturing invoices and managing store openings and closing procedures.Manage customer complaints.
- Assist with administrative accurate invoice filing and controls, together with cash takings and daily banking and complete accurate daily cash-up.
- Communicate any staff/ guest problems that need attention to the franchisee.Other ad hoc duties
- Experience in the beauty Industry and My Appointment system will be highly advantageous

**Job Type**: Part-time
