**Front of House Manager Required**

**Position: Front of House Manager**

**Full-Time Position**
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere
- Lead, train, and support front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and runners
- Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing any issues, and ensuring an outstanding dining experience
- Organise and manage seating arrangements, reservations, and customer flow during busy periods
- Assist with waiting tables and hosting, particularly during peak times
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory and restock front-of-house supplies as required
- Handle cash and payments accurately, along with completing end-of-day reconciliation
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the dining area and entrance
- Quote customers for events and preorders
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a manager in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team-building and mentorship
- Excellent people skills, with a talent for handling both staff and customer concerns professionally
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
