We are looking to appoint a Reservationist/Guest Relations Officer to service and manage a new Hotel launching in December 2024.

Key functions of this role include online and telephonic guest communication, concierge duties and on-site guest assistance.

The successful person will work closely with the General Manager, Security & Housekeeping departments to ensure that guest queries and or challenges are addressed professionally and timeously.

Going the extra mile to ensure a hassle free and enjoyable guest experience is the overall key performance activity of this role.

Please note the position is a **shift position** requiring both day and night shift work, which is scheduled on a rotational basis.
