**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist stylists with various tasks, including preparing clients for services and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
- Maintain inventory by restocking supplies and ensuring that all products are displayed neatly.
- Calendar management and office tasks to ensure smooth salon operations.
- Provide support in administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and managing client records.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere for clients by offering refreshments and addressing any concerns promptly.

**Requirements**:

- skills are highly desirable to enhance communication with a diverse clientele.
- Previous experience as a Salon assistant, Front desk receptionist, or in a similar clerical role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks in a busy salon setting.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain an orderly environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members alike.
