**Job Overview**:
FluentPet is seeking a **Shopify Plus Expert / Marketing Automation Specialist** to develop and implement innovative marketing automation strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and acquisition. This pivotal role will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to create seamless and personalized customer experiences within our e-commerce platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Shopify Plus Management**: Oversee the daily operations of our Shopify Plus store, optimizing functionality and ensuring maximum efficiency.
- ** Landing Page Creation and Testing**: Design, develop, and implement high-converting landing pages, utilizing A/B testing to continually improve performance.
- ** E-commerce Marketing Automation**: Develop and manage automated marketing campaigns that drive conversions and revenue, enhancing customer engagement.
- ** Website Optimization**: Continuously analyze and improve website performance, user flow, and conversion rates across our e-commerce platform.
- ** Web Development**: Perform necessary web development tasks to support the e-commerce platform and related marketing initiatives.
- ** Data-Driven Decision Making**: Monitor website performance metrics and leverage insights to inform decisions aimed at increasing conversion rates and overall revenue.
- ** SEO and Performance Optimization**: Ensure the website is fully optimized for SEO, page speed, and mobile responsiveness, enhancing the overall shopping experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience managing and optimizing Shopify Plus stores.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid).
- Strong background in eCommerce marketing automation and platform integrations.
- Expertise in A/B testing and performance analysis for eCommerce initiatives.
- Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization and user experience best practices.
- Experience with web development, particularly within the Shopify ecosystem.
- Ability to create, test, and optimize landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and strategies.
- Knowledge of SEO and website performance optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to make informed decisions.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics).
- Understanding of SEO best practices for eCommerce.
- Shopify Plus certification.
- Experience with additional eCommerce platforms.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
