Your mission: to be the bridge between our Shopify development team and our marketing experts, ensuring our websites are not just functional but high-performing engines that drive conversions.
**Your Responsibilities**:
**Shopify Optimization**:Continuously analyze website performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
**Growth Support**:Partner with marketing to understand their goals and translate them into technical requirements. Implement new features, optimize for mobile, and leverage Shopify apps to support business growth.
**Technical Liaison**: Bridge the gap between IT and marketing, ensuring clear communication and collaboration towards shared objectives.
**Problem Resolution**: Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues, keeping all stakeholders informed and minimizing downtime.
**Agile Leadership**: Foster a culture of Agile development, promoting collaboration, rapid iteration, and continuous improvement.
**Technology Expertise**: Stay up-to-date on the latest e-commerce technologies and Shopify best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

**Salary: 2500-4500 EUR **after taxes + bonus.
