Operating in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment, they provide opportunities for growth while being at the forefront of advertising innovation.The Role: Marketing Services Co-OrdinatorThis role supports the sales and marketing functions by managing client proposals, digital and trade marketing initiatives, and live campaign processes. It is a key position ensuring smooth operations across sales support, client engagement, and campaign delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the development and generation of sales presentations and proposals for direct clients and media agenciesOversee the sales process with a focus on efficiency and client satisfactionFacilitate proof of flight processes and create site bibles for campaignsCoordinate trade marketing activities, including documents, client events, gifting, and birthday listsManage digital marketing activities, including social media platformsMaintain accurate reporting and housekeeping through daily updates on Teams, proposals, and remindersCompile and distribute monthly Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) reportsEnsure timely delivery of post-campaign documentation and client reportingAbout You2 to 4 years of experience in marketing coordination, advertising, or media (OOH experience advantageous)Strong communication and organizational skillsProficient in MS Office and comfortable with digital platforms (social media, reporting tools)Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesA collaborative team player with a proactive and client-focused mindset
