**Sales Person**

**1. Duties will include**

1. Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers.

2. Able to work well under pressure and manage tasks effectively

3. assist customers with exceptional service on the Sales counter

4. Provide quotations and estimations

5. Attend to customer enquiries

6. Implement and monitor the company policies and procedures

7. Report to management

**2. Requirements**
- Matric
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the Hardware retail/build industry with building material product knowledge
- Computer Literate and Experience on MS Office at an intermediate level is essential
- Kerridge experience is advantageous
- Effective communication including soft skills, with core focus on customer service excellence.
- A team worker who is able to work well independently and with mínimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and able to work accurately under pressure in the fast-paced retail environment
- Must be willing to work extended hours, weekends, public holidays, and events as per the operational requirements of the store.
- NOTE: This store is a seven-day operation
