- Overview:- Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their business needs, and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Managing the matrix relationship with the national customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Provide regular reports to MANCOM on account status, trading performance, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Participate in industry events and exhibitions to promote our brand and build relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Compile regular reports on account progress, status and forecasts.
- Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer queries, concerns, and complaints**Inherent Requirements**
- Qualifications:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of managing key accounts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain management
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other sales tools
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required

**What Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in business and/or logistics
