We’re Hiring: Payroll & Employee Wellness Officer (VIP / Sage Cloud Professional Experience Required)
We’re looking for a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as a Payroll & Employee Wellness Officer. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who is passionate about both people and precision — managing payroll with accuracy while supporting employee growth and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & HR Administration
- Full payroll function using VIP / Sage Cloud Professional.
- Analyse payroll clockings and prepare accurate monthly payroll.
- Print payslips, reconcile loans and deductions, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Prepare and submit PAYE, OID, and UIF returns (including UI-19 and claim forms).
- Conduct onboarding and exit interviews.
- Monitor leave records and ensure accurate data capturing.
- Assist with KPI and monthly evaluation preparations.
- Collect and analyse HR and payroll data for reporting purposes.
Training & Wellness Development
- Facilitate, Coordinate and track employee training and development programmes.
- Assist with skills development facilitation, planning and reporting.
- Support wellness initiatives to promote a healthy and motivated workplace.
- Maintain training and wellness records in line with company and compliance requirements.
- Assist management with employee engagement and well-being activities.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in payroll administration using VIP / Sage Cloud Professional.
- Understanding of HR and wellness processes, including skills development and employee wellbeing.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: From R9 000,00 per month
