**Job Purpose**: We are looking to hire an experienced senior-level Sales Manager, who will be responsible for heading up our sales department.You will oversee the management of organisational sales by analyzing trends, developing business plans & meeting planned turnover targets.You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.
**Job objectives**:
Managing organisational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Meeting planned sales goals.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
Promoting the organization and products.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
**Qualifications and experience**:
Suitable diploma /degree in sales, marketing, business management or a related field
10+ Years of sales management experience with a similar turnover
10+ Years of team management experience
10+ Years of customer relationship management
10+ Years in planning and implementing sales strategies.
SAP Experience or any ERP system
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Dedication to providing great customer service.
Superior verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English and Afrikaans
Superior Problem solving and logical reasoning skills.
Superior Numerical Skills
Solid Computer Literacy with excellent Excel knowledge and abilities
